The Leadership Matters Course is an intensive course focused on developing basic leadership skills for Christian workers in diverse cultures around the world.

- Life Management
“Training” in the LMC context focuses on participation and practice with the goal of developing confidence in these skills. Participants remember and use much more of what they experience in LMC because there are opportunities to actually practise the new skill and to apply principles to their lives and ministries within the course itself.
Our objective is for participants to leave the training and put new skills into practise immediately in their life and ministry contexts.
