Lynn joined ITA in January of 2021 as the Coordinator of ITA Online Training.

Lynn is originally from England, but now lives with her husband Neil in Southern Spain in the city of Zafra.

Holding a degree in Spanish literature and language (with French and Portuguese) from Manchester University, Lynn’s passion for Jesus and her love of Spanish took her to Spain at a young age where she later spent 30 years in cross-cultural missionary work with World Horizons, involved in pioneer church planting, training and oversight and establishment of teams.

Lynn has been a certified Birkman consultant since 2012, using this practical profiling tool in mentoring and in both personal and team development contexts.

An LMC trainer since 2013, her mission statement below sums up this present season:

“I exist to know God and to show his love to others, encouraging, building, equipping and inspiring them to know him and to grow in his purposes.”

Serving as a Senior Trainer and Trainer Coach on English and Spanish LMC courses, Lynn has also developed short training initiatives for emerging leaders in World Horizons, government backed linguistic immersion projects for schoolteachers, Ethiopian Youth Mission Movement leadership training, Missionary Kids programmes as well as online trainer development for LMC facilitators in Spanish.

Lynn prizes family time with her kids, David and Laura, who live in Madrid, and she is energised by sport (particularly running!), creative communication (particularly drama!) and reconnecting with friends.
