LMC Online
For all who have attended the Leadership Matters Course (LMC), you know that it is an intense residential training that involves active participation. When asked to describe the LMC to leaders who have never attended, our answer is usually “you have to experience it to fully grasp it!”
Because of COVID-19 restrictions around the world, we had to cancel the remainder of our LMCs for 2020. We decided to begin work toward adapting our training to a virtual format. Consequently, a team of ITA/LMC trainers began working to make this adaptation, beginning with the Relationship Matters Course (the RMC is basically the relationship skills portion of the LMC). It is taking longer than we thought it would, but the global pandemic is also lasting longer than we thought it would.
All ITA/LMC trainers have other ministry responsibilities, and freely give their time and talent for collaborative ITA efforts. We give God thanks for the many selfless leaders who work together to make ITA training possible for thousands of leaders on mission around the world. Global collaboration takes time and teamwork.

We are moving forward, together! We have already held the first LMC Online Course: Relationship Matters Course. We now have two more planned. At the same time we are in the processing of developing (adapting) the other LMC Online Courses.

- Communication Matters
- Life Management Matters.
