ITA Philippines, an ITA Regional Entity
The International Training Alliance has been hosting its Leadership Matters Courses (LMC) in the Philippines for over a decade. Many different lead and senior trainers have traveled to the Philippines to serve in these courses, while doing what we do in each LMC–train local leaders in the philosophy and methodology of ITA, multiplying trainers and leaders. From ITA’s side, ITA board member (and former ITA Council Chair) Roger Lang played a big role in this endeavor. From the Filipino side, leaders such as Reniel Nebab, Joyce Porcadilla, Benji de Jesus and others played a big role.
In October of 2018 the ITA CEO, Council Chair, ITA Director of Operations and representatives from the Philippines (Benji de Jesus) met in Bangkok, Thailand to discuss the details of the formation of this regional entity, as well to outline the relationship that would result. ITA will continue to be involved in the Philippines at the request of leaders from ITA Philippines. Leaders from ITA Philippines will organize one to two LMCs per year, and become partners of the ITA Council. At its semiannual face-to-face meeting in Keswick, England in March of 2019, the ITA Council officially endorsed this idea and welcomed ITA Philippines as a partner of ITA.
In the pictures below, PCEC Board Chair Dr. Andrew Liuson presented Reniel Nebab the official certificate of registration, recognition and welcome into the PCEC.
Please pray for ITA and its new regional partner, ITA Philippines, as we continue to work together to energize leaders on mission around the world.
