ITA exists to provide transformational training for leaders on mission globally. A growing partnership of mission and training organisations, it provides a ministry to frontline missionaries and national workers that no other organisation is doing. ITA gives transferrable tools and practical skills to leaders, with minimal cost to them, that increase their level of effectiveness to lead and train others. We energize leaders globally!
The first Leadership Matters Course (or LMC) was offered in 1995 in Belgium. In the past three decades, ITA has offered more than 130 LMCs and more than 3700 Christian leaders from about 200 organisations have attended this life-transforming training.
We also offer LMC Online. This virtual adaptation of our Leadership Matters Course consists of four different courses:
- Relationship Matters Course (RMC)
- Working Together Matters (WTM)
- Communications Matters Course (CMC)
- Life Management Matters (LMM)
We are now moving forward with both residential and online training for emerging Kingdom leaders on every continent.
