Crispus Christian joined ITA in January 2016 as the Director of Operations.
Crispus was born on October 22, 1973 in the family of Mr. Vijaykumar and Mrs. Clera Christian in Mahemdabad, Gujarat, India. He started following Jesus Christ in 1991 at the age of eighteen. He graduated from the Gujarat University with the Bachelor of Arts in English Literature in 1995. Soon after graduating from the university, Crispus sensed God calling him into His service. He then pursued the Bachelor of Divinity (post graduate degree in theology), completing this degree in 2000. That same year, Crispus became a pastor with the Christian and Missionary Alliance. In 2008, he finished his Master of Theology (Homiletics). In 2018, he graduated from the Asbury Theological Seminary (USA) with the Doctor of Ministry. His doctoral research was focused on the impact of Leadership Matters Course on Christian leaders globally.
Crispus has been serving the Lord as a full time pastor for last 19 years. He attended the Leadership Matters Course (LMC) for the first time in 2001 and since 2004 he is been serving as an LMC trainer.
He married Silvana on January 4, 1997. Silvana is a preacher, singer, song-writer and composer. Their son Rezin is 21 years old. He is a graphic designer and a professional photographer.

Crispus is passionate about training leaders in the areas of preaching, missions and leadership.
He loves reading, playing the guitar, listening to music and traveling.
