October 22-26, 2018 – Twenty-four lead and senior trainers gathered at the Alliance Guest House in Bangkok, Thailand for a very encouraging and challenging meeting. This was a pivotal event. It was encouraging to celebrate the fulfillment of ten to fifteen year dreams and vision while at the same time to discuss new and bigger dreams and visions for the years ahead.

We gave God thanks for His past blessings, enjoyed times of fellowship, discussed curriculum, contextualization issues, finances, coaching, follow-on, and launched a brand new course. All seemed to agree that this summit was historic with positive benefits for the future of ITA in particular and in general for transformational leadership training across the Body of Christ.

NEW ideas emerging from the 2018 Bangkok Summit:

1. A new course: TRAINER LAUNCH EXPERIENCE.
2. COACHING as a means to follow-up for LMC alumni. We are praying about the best ways to incorporate leader coaching into our training. We believe that following through with the plans God has given leaders is crucial. Many times, it is helpful to have someone to walk along side leaders to help–a coach.
3. 25-year celebration of LMC in 2020.
4. New ideas for financing and staffing in the future.
5. Ideas for an on-going LMC Curriculum Committee.
